Contract Details

• Start Date: 11/30-3/27 M-TH 8a-5PM

• Specialty: Primary Care with 3-5 years exp, annual physicals, problem based visits, travel

medicine, well women visits (not a requirement just a plus)

• Patient Volume: Approximately 7–10 patients per day
• Charting System: Epic

• Monday-Thursday -4 days per week
