Job DescriptionOur client in the Middletown NY area is seeking a provider who is comfortable working independently on a part-time basis to provide coverage to Geriatric patients in a long term care facility. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team. If interested in full-time that is an option as well if there is willingness to travel between two locations.
No nights, no weekends. 23 half days per week. The shifts can be either 9:00 AM1:00 PM or 1:00 PM5:00 PM. Flexibility on days per week is available. Compensation can vary depending on the candidate and the arrangement. For part-time coverage, we can consider a per-shift rate or an hourly rate. Most of our providers, work under a production-based model in which they receive 40% of the applicable Medicare reimbursement rate. Skilled Nursing Facilities. W2 and 1099 compensation models available. On-site only (not remote). Full-time postions avaiable if willing to go between 2 locations.
