CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas invites BC/BE Radiologists to join a thriving, high-volume practice at the heart of a rapidly growing regional health system.

Practice at a Glance
Practice Setting: Multi-site health system spanning a main hospital, community hospital, outpatient facility, six satellite ERs, two breast centers, and a new cancer center opening Fall 2025
Team Size: 6 radiologists currently; additional hires planned as volume grows
EMR: EPIC fully integrated across all locations
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible; open to discussion)
Remote/Hybrid: Available for diagnostic reads; IR requires on-site presence
Call: Equitably shared rotation; nighthawk covers after-hours reads
Visa Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B considered

Community Hospital Marshall, TX
Six satellite Emergency facilities
Dedicated outpatient imaging facility
Two Breast Imaging Centers
New Cancer Center opening Fall 2026

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Subspecialty fellowship training a plus, not required
Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care
Comfort rotating across modalities and sites
