• Provide expert care in the Level III NICU
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric surgery teams
• Participate in ongoing locum assignments with low-volume commitments

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Active Connecticut medical license
• Current DEA registration, as applicable
• Current BLS/NRP certification
• Prior neonatal intensive care experience

• Two 12-hour shifts per month
• Specific shift dates to be coordinated based on hospital needs and physician availability

• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to the needs and schedule of the facility
