Opportunity:
Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
- Permanent placement opportunity providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with approximately 30 patient encounters per shift
- Manage both low and high risk pregnancies with full delivery services
- Perform routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps deliveries
- Provide decision-making for cesarean sections along with preferred experience in complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
- Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
- Perform OB ultrasounds including Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted anatomic ultrasounds
- Provide repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Perform office and minor gynecology procedures including IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
- Provide comprehensive surgical gynecology services including open and laparoscopic procedures
- Perform operative/major gynecological procedures including ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
- Board certification required with active ACLS and BLS certifications
- No specific state license requirement to apply
