OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director – Northern New Jersey

Established OB/GYN Hospitalist program in Bergen County, Northern New Jersey, approximately 15 miles from Manhattan, is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician for a Medical Director opportunity. Combine clinical practice with program leadership responsibilities in a collaborative hospital-based setting.

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time | 5–8 in-house, 24-hour shifts per month
• Clinical leadership and oversight of the OB/GYN Hospitalist program
• Monthly scheduling with balanced weekend and holiday coverage
• Obstetric emergencies, unassigned patients, and coverage for community OB/GYN physicians
• Emergent GYN coverage, including ectopic pregnancies
• Midwife support and community OB/GYN backup
• Level II NICU
• Anesthesia available in-house 24/7
• No residents
• No billing or coding responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $378,000–$433,000+ total annual compensation

Qualifications

• Board-Certified OB/GYN
• OB/GYN Hospitalist experience or demonstrated clinical leadership experience preferred
• Physicians with strong clinical leadership experience considered
• Current obstetric and emergency GYN clinical skills
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
