  • Outpatient Rural Health Clinic with Family Birthing Center
  • 11 Exam Rooms, 1 Non-Stress Testing Room, 2 Ultrasound Machines, and Behavioral Health on Site
  • Schedule: 4/10's
  • Licensed in Oregon or in the Process
  • 13-17 PPD with 1:3 Call
