###About the Job:* Seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Urbana, Illinois.* Join an established department consisting of two BC Physicians, two Advanced Practice Providers, case coordinators, occupational health nurses and drug/alcohol coordinators* The department offers a variety of business health services that focus on prevention including workers' compensation, medical surveillance, DOT, and employer services* Reasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our offices in Urbana and Danville, Illinois* The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery###Compensation Package:* Excellent benefit package* Health/dental/life insurance* 403-B plan with employer match* LTD* Relocation allowance* CME allowance* Paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered###About the Location:Globally connected, innovative and culturally rich, Champaign-Urbana is centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis and is home to one of the world's greatest public research universities - the Big Ten University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
