- Approximately 4 to 4.5 clinic days per week
- Average daily volume of 20-25 patients
- Approximately 18-20 follow-up visits daily
- 3-4 new consults per day
- 1:4 call rotation
- Triage team handles initial after-hours calls

- $90-$100 per wRVU above threshold
- Physicians historically produce approximately 7,500 wRVUs annually
