Physician Otolaryngology - Competitive Salary

Practice Highlights
Call Structure: ZERO trauma or ER call. No inpatient rounding. Informal, shared post-op call only.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM) and Fridays (8 AM–3 PM).

Clinical Scope: 3 clinic days, 1–2 OR days, and a ½ day procedure clinic. Expect 5–10 surgeries/week.

Efficient Surgical Setup: Dedicated block time at a highly efficient, off-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC). 95% of cases are outpatient.

Patient Mix: General ENT foundation with a wide-open opportunity to build a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive service line.

Integrated Support: Lean, efficient clinic staff with an on-site Audiologist.

EMR: Epic in Clinic and Hospital.
