Position Overview

• Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients in a high-volume setting with approximately 55,000 annual visits.
• Collaborate closely with PICU, CVICU, NICU, hospitalists, and other subspecialty teams to manage complex cases.
• Work alongside child life specialists and pediatric social workers dedicated to ER care.
• Participate in bedside teaching and supervision of Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents from six programs.
• Participate in training and didactic sessions for Pediatric ER fellows if desired.
• Full scribe coverage provided to optimize patient care and documentation.
• Fair, balanced shifts with overtime opportunities available if desired.

Requirements

• Board Eligible within 5 years of residency or Board Certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Fellowship trained in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Active Nevada medical license.
