About Us
- 39-bed Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- ~120,000 patient visits per year
- Treats infants, children, and teens (up to age 21)
- More than two-thirds of hospital admissions come through the ED
- Staffed by board-certified pediatric emergency physicians with 3 years of pediatric training plus 2"3 years of PEM fellowship
- Manages acute trauma directly from the field
- Rapid triage and rooming by a Patient Floor Coordinator
- Team Triage: average Door-to-Doctor time of 40 minutes
