Physician Pediatrics - Competitive Salary

Opportunity:

Physician - Hospitalist - Pediatrics

Job Details:

• Coverage needed 7-10 days per month including a weekend


• Call only position with 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM shifts


• Urgent coverage dates needed: October 29 through November 2nd


• Ongoing availability needed for December 5-12 or December 6-13 (flexible)


• Patient encounters per shift: 4-8 patients


• Department consists of 3 pediatric beds and 14 nursery beds


• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)


• BLS and PALS certifications required


• Fellowship required


• Trauma Level 3 facility with Pediatrics Level 1 designation


• Required pediatric skills include inpatient care, Nursery Level I, attending C-sections and deliveries, non-invasive ventilation management, ventilation management (acute and chronic), intubation (newborn and pediatric), and central line placement


• Preferred skills include PICU experience and Nursery Level II/NICU experience
