- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients needing physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress and treatment responses
- Provide therapy and interventions to aid recovery and functional improvement
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and prevention strategies
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards
- Valid medical license in Minnesota
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (or eligible)
- Proven experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload
