Pay rate: $130- $150/hr. on w2
Schedule: PRN/on-call, up to approximately 24 hours per week, with assignments known in advance when possible. Must be available to travel between facilities.
Duration: 6 Months to Long term
Start Date: TBD, upon completion of credentialing

Job description:
Provide primary and comprehensive medical care to residents at Ohio DODD developmental centers.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat medical conditions; conduct physicals and prescribe medications and treatments.
Order diagnostic testing, referrals, and other medical interventions as needed.
Collaborate with nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, psychology, psychiatry, case managers, and guardians.
Participate in facility committees, including infection control, emergency preparedness, medication review, and admissions/discharges.
Develop and support medical policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Provide coverage at various DODD facilities throughout Ohio based on operational needs.
