### Assignment Details
• Location: Detroit, Michigan
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Duration: Ongoing
• Commitment: Two to three days per week for two to four weeks per month
• Schedule: 8:00 AM‚Äì4:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Work Model: 100% onsite
• Call: None
• Volume: Approximately 40‚Äì50 studies and procedures per shift
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
• Temporary Privileges: Not available
• Hospital Privileges: Required
• EMR: Cerner
• PACS: Change Healthcare, transitioning to Sectra
### Requirements
• Board certified in Radiology
• Fellowship trained in Breast Imaging
• Active Michigan medical license
• Active BLS certification
• Local to the Detroit area
• Knowledge of BI-RADS and MQSA requirements
• Ability to supervise and teach residents
• Strong patient-facing communication skills
• Comfortable managing same-day diagnostic workups

### Clinical Details
• Screening Mammography: Approximately 45‚Äì55% of the workload, or 35‚Äì40 studies per shift
• Diagnostic Imaging: Approximately 25‚Äì35%
• Procedures: Approximately 15‚Äì25%
• Fast-paced, clinic-based environment
• Direct communication of results and procedures to patients
• Collaboration with technologists, nurses, surgeons, and oncology teams
• Support includes two RNs, one Medical Assistant, and two office staff members
• Resident teaching and supervision required
• No APP supervision required
