### Locums | Diagnostic Radiology | Windber, PA (active PA license required)### Why This Role

  • Monday‚ÄìFriday daytime schedule
  • No call or weekend coverage
  • Broad diagnostic imaging and light IR case mix
  • Onsite position with established imaging systems
  • Consistent eight-hour shifts
    • ### Assignment Details
  • Schedule: Monday‚ÄìFriday, 8am‚Äì5pm
  • Setting: Onsite
  • No call
  • No weekend coverage
  • Expected volume: Approximately 90‚Äì100 studies per eight-hour shift
  • Expected productivity: Approximately 60‚Äì70 wRVUs per eight-hour shift
  • EMR: Epic
  • PACS: Merge
  • Dictation: Fluency
    • ### Requirements
  • Board-certified Radiologist
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license
  • Active DEA registration
  • Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days required at the time of offer
  • Comfortable performing diagnostic imaging and light interventional procedures
    • ### Clinical Details
  • Modalities:
    • - X-ray - CT - MRI - Ultrasound - Nuclear medicine - Fluoroscopy
  • Case mix includes emergency, musculoskeletal, neuro, pediatric, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic mammography
  • Light interventional procedures include:
- Thyroid, bone, lung, liver, and renal biopsies - CT- and ultrasound-guided procedures - Paracentesis and thoracentesis - Abscess and cyst drainage - Chest tube placement - Lumbar punctures and myelograms - Epidurals and arthrograms - Knee, elbow, hip, ankle, and shoulder injections
