Physician Radiology-Interventional - Competitive Salary

Diagnostic and procedural radiologist near Lake Okeechobee; about 1 hr and 10 min from Ft Myers and West Palm Beach

$4,000 guaranteed per eight-hour clinical day

Two weeks on / two weeks off

Proposed Monday-Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Approximately 130 clinical days annually, with estimated guaranteed annual clinical compensation of $520,000 before incentives and additional payments

$50,000 sign-on bonus plus $30,000 relocation allowance

Productivity incentive of $45 per wRVU above 50 per clinical day; first 50 wRVUs included in the daily rate

Annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment to the clinical daily rate beginning on the first anniversary

Travel and lodging provided or reimbursed

Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided

Long-term, full-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity

Two alternating physicians sought to cover weekday blocks, with 10 weekday clinical days per four-week cycle

Alternative block arrangements considered

Nighthawk coverage for after-hours diagnostic interpretations

Weekend, holiday, and after-hours procedural coverage and compensation to be determined separately

No breast imaging or mammography

No medical director responsibilities

Interpret CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound for inpatient, emergency department, and affiliated outpatient services

Provide STAT and routine interpretations and communicate critical findings

Perform image-guided biopsies, CT- and ultrasound-guided procedures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess and fluid drainage, and drain placement

Additional procedures include central venous access, PICC placement when required, arthrograms, joint injections, and other routine procedures within training, privileges, and scope of practice

Actual compensation depends on the agreed number of clinical days
