Physician Urology - Competitive Salary

Opportunity:

Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) with no nighttime or weekend call


• Coverage needed for 6 weeks each month


• Mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic work


• Minimum of 14 patients per day; new patient visits up to 30 minutes, 15-minute post-op appointments


• Adult patient population only; no pediatrics


• Urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms


• Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and a practice manager


• Occasional daytime hospital call for consults and rounding while in clinic


• Special procedures include ureteroscopies; general urology skills required


• EMR: EPIC (clinic setting experience required)


• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required


• Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand required


• DEA required


• Minimum 3 years of experience required; new graduates will also be considered
