Our client, a leader in the hobby, gaming, and toy industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Middleton, WI
Pay Range: $18/HR
Shift: Shifts available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Will work 5 Days, 8 hours each.
What's the Job?
Pick orders according to customer specifications using company guidelines
Pack customer orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely delivery
Scan inventory and verify stock for damages or defects
Communicate effectively with team leads to prioritize daily tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED required
Basic math and computer skills
Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
Ability to lift, handle, and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing and walking for 8-10 hours in various temperatures
