Picking/Packing Associate

Position Details:

• Location: Chandler, AZ
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick aerospace parts and materials based on work orders.
• Pack items securely to ensure safe shipment.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and update system records (preferred).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse picking/packing experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
