Lead day-to-day plant operations across production teams

Support and develop supervisors across multiple shifts

Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence

Monitor productivity, quality, labour, materials, and equipment performance

Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Work closely with internal teams to keep production aligned with business needs

Mentor and develop employees to support long-term growth and succession planning

6-8+ years of plant, production, or manufacturing leadership experience

Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement

Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred

Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
