NMCI Medical Clinic is seeking talented Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians / Physiatrists to join its established multidisciplinary teams across Northern California.

With seven locations and decades of experience, NMCI has built a strong reputation caring for patients with chronic pain and occupational injuries. You'll care primarily for adults recovering from occupational injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term quality of life.

At NMCI, you won't be practicing in a silo.

You'll collaborate with a team focused on the complete patient journey—from diagnosis and pain management to rehabilitation and return to function.

The goal is simple: give physicians the support they need to practice excellent medicine while giving patients the comprehensive care they deserve.

• MD or DO with an active California medical license

• Current DEA registration

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R preferred

• Occupational Medicine and multidisciplinary experience are a plus

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
