POSITION OVERVIEW
As a local truck driver, you'll move freight between port terminals, rail facilities, warehouses, and customer locations. This position is for drivers who want to maximize their earnings, steady work, and the opportunity to be home every day.
SCHEDULE
Start times between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Monday-Friday schedule
Weekend availability required
10-12 hour shifts
Home daily

RESPONSIBILITIES
Transport freight safely throughout the Savannah area
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Operate in port and rail environments
Maintain DOT compliance
Inspect containers and chassis
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Class A CDL
12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
TWIC Card and port experience required
Manual transmission experience
Acceptable driving and safety record
