About the Role: We re looking for an experienced and highly organized Power-Only Trucking Planner to join our team. In this role, you ll be responsible for coordinating and planning power-only loads while maintaining strong communication with drivers and customers. Key Responsibilities: * Plan daily power-only loads efficiently * Communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries * Coordinate with sales staff to maximize truck utilization and minimize empty miles * Track shipments and proactively handle delays or issues * Maintain accurate records in TMW system * Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, drivers, and customers Qualifications: * Experience in trucking dispatch, load planning, or logistics (power-only experience preferred) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Familiarity with TMW, load boards, and routing tools * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong knowledge of DOT regulations is required.
