Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prep screens for coating

Coating, burning, washing out, taping, and blocking screens

Oversees the screen reclaiming operation

Maintains the screen inventory

Maintains the screen room supplies and communicates if additional supplies are needed

Leads other screen department associates

Oversees ink preparation and staging of carts.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Basic understanding of screen print techniques

In depth knowledge of the screen making process (frames, mesh, coating, exposure, wash out, etc.)

Works well as a member of a team

Ability to train others in the screen area
