Premium Administrative Coordinator (Nationals Park)

The Premium Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Catering, Suites, and Premium Clubs leadership teams. This position assists with the coordination of event details, documentation, menus, timelines, scheduling, and departmental communications to support efficient Premium operations. The Coordinator creates and maintains collateral and operational materials, supports compliance with service, safety, sanitation, and appearance standards, and utilizes audit tools to help maintain food and beverage presentation throughout Premium spaces. This role also serves as a key liaison between Premium staff, leadership, and other departments to ensure accurate communication, organization and successful event execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Catering, Suites, and Premium leadership teams
  • Coordinates administrative details for events, including event documentation, function information, menus, timelines, and departmental communications
  • Understands and maintains event-related paperwork, reports, and other operational documents to ensure Premium teams have accurate and timely information
  • Creates, builds and maintains catering and premium club menus, including compiling and organizing menu offerings, descriptions, pricing, and other relevant food and beverage information into accurate guest-ready menus
  • Assists leadership with scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and other day-to-day administrative needs, including maintenance of office and administrative areas
  • Create, modify, and edit all collateral, including any menu updates for all Premium spaces, and follows responsible alcohol service policies; employs good safety and sanitation practices
  • Utilizes audit checklists to ensure all food and beverages are properly displayed and maintained throughout the Premium spaces
  • Establishes rapport with Premium staff and acts as a liaison between departments
  • Validates Levy/Nationals Park uniform and appearance guidelines for Premium areas

Qualifications:

  • 1 year fine dining, clubs or catering experience
  • Experience creating and maintaining menus, including descriptions and pricing
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and within a set timeframe with a task list provided
  • Demonstrates physical stamina/agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day
  • Able to lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
