President & Senior Trust Officer

Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a respected, community-focused financial institution, in the search for a President & Senior Trust Officer to lead its Wealth Management Division.

This executive-level role oversees all aspects of the bank's wealth and trust operations, including leadership of the wealth management team, strategic growth initiatives, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned wealth management leader with strong business acumen, deep trust administration expertise, and a passion for client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the wealth management leadership team
• Oversee trust administration, investment services, and compliance functions
• Drive business growth through strategic planning and new market development
• Manage departmental budget, performance goals, and risk management activities
• Represent the Wealth division in senior management and community engagements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or CTFA, CFP, JD, or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth and trust management
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of trust administration and fiduciary standards
