Primary Care, APRN/Physician Assistant - Primary Care - Mayfield, Kentucky

Practice location: 318 S 7th Street Mayfield, KY 42066

Position open to both licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants

• Full time 7 am - 5 pm with Thursdays scheduled off
• Must be comfortable with all ages, including newborns/peds patients
• Practice call once every 4 months
• Average 17-20 patients a day
• Procedure experience is preferred
