Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients, diagnose medical conditions, and provide care at local clinics.
• Deliver and manage comprehensive primary care services.
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve healthcare quality goals.
• Work closely with Practice Managers to coordinate and oversee center care teams.
• Support efficient clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
• Active DEA license
