A nationally recognized, value-based healthcare organization in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative primary care team. Providers are supported by an interdisciplinary care team, including an onsite Health Coach, allowing physicians to focus on delivering comprehensive, whole-person care rather than high-volume patient visits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $232,506 – $348,758 annually
• Annual Incentive Plan (AIP): Performance-based annual bonus
