Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, collegial adult medicine practice in Bristol, Connecticut. This 100% outpatient opportunity offers a supportive, team-based environment in a highly desirable location just 30 minutes from Hartford and New Haven. With a coordinated care model, robust clinical support, and innovative tools like Epic and Ambient AI, you'll be empowered to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Position details:

  • Role: 100% outpatient primary care physician (adult medicine, 18+)

  • Location: Bristol, Connecticut

  • Schedule: Full-time, weekdays

  • Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

  • Phone call only: Average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1 weeknight ~2 months

  • Offerings: Guaranteed base, loan forgiveness support, uncapped incentive, sign-on bonus, and relocation

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)

  • BC/BE in internal or family medicine
