Primary Care- Cottman, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Philadelphia market. This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient setting, strong clinical support, and the ability to build a patient panel within a mission-driven, community-focused health system. 100% outpatient - no inpatient responsibilities
Team-based care model (APP, support staff)
Integrated Epic EMR
Strong referral network within Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic
Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Emphasize preventive care and population health management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call Full-time outpatient schedule (34 patient-facing hours)
Flexible scheduling options available
Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), phone-only
