Primary Care Physician - Wellington,FL

We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, physician-focused Primary Care practice in Wellington, FL.

• Setting: Primary Care practice within a multi-specialty healthcare group
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
• Patient Population: Approximately 70% age 65+ and 30% age 18+
• Call: No call
• Experience: 5–10 years of post-training clinical experience preferred
• EMR: Athena
• Support: Dedicated Medical Assistant and experienced office support staff
• Start Date: Approximately 90–120 days due to credentialing

• $250,000 guaranteed base salary for Year 1
• 45% of collections beginning in Year 2
