* Scope of practice includes assisting with medical evaluations, physical exams, acute visits, etc.
* Dedicated nursing support and low patient volume of typically less than 15 daily patient encounters allows time for comprehensive care
* Integrated team with dental, physical therapy, psychiatry, and more with access to a nearby referral hospital for additional support
* No call
* Complex/emergent cases referred out to nearby hospital
* State pension plan with five-year vestment period
