Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee project management from content development in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) format to training deployment in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Communicate ongoing project progress and resolve issues with business owners.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure compliant training and content for dedicated processes.

Requirements

• College Degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a medium to large organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences
