Product Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead one or more complex, enterprise-wide IT programs. This role is responsible for aligning project delivery with strategic initiatives, ensuring governance controls are in place, and managing program schedules from inception through delivery. The position involves working within an Internet Product group on a project related to expanding high-speed internet access to underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and programs to achieve broad strategic goals.
• Plan and implement schedules, monitoring program progress from start to finish.
• Define and report on program roadmaps, status, development issues, and success metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Provide status updates to leadership, demonstrating strong written and verbal executive presence.
• Identify and monitor areas of risk, coordinating projects and their interdependencies.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on product delivery. Experience in the telecommunications industry (e.g., fiber, wifi, wireless) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Exposure to government programs is beneficial.
• Experience with a fiber product is highly desirable.
