OverviewTekberry is seeking a Product Delivery Operator to support our client, Moog, a global leader in precision motion control systems for aerospace and defense applications. This role supports precision machining, deburring, assembly, inspection, testing, and product preparation operations in a highly technical manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with small precision components, hand tools, measurement equipment, or complex assemblies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision Assembly & Machining Support
- Perform precision assembly, deburring, finishing, and product preparation operations
- Support machining and fabrication processes including grinding, honing, milling, EDM, turning, and finishing
- Work with small precision electro-mechanical components and assemblies
Inspection & Measurement
- Utilize specialized measuring equipment, fixtures, gauges, torque tools, and test equipment
- Read and follow drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and parts lists
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process
Testing & Troubleshooting
- Assist with operational testing of finished products using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment
- Help diagnose test failures and assess hardware conditions
- Support rework and corrective actions as needed
Special Process Support
- Support additional operational processes such as inspection, shipping, receiving inspection, repair processing, or other manufacturing support functions
- Contribute to cycle time reduction and delivery performance improvements
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to work with small parts and precision components
Experience using hand tools and following written instructions
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred SkillsDeburring or finishing experience
Precision assembly or machining experience
Experience using microscopes for extended periods
Familiarity with measurement equipment and gauges
Complex assembly or electro-mechanical manufacturing experience
Aerospace or advanced manufacturing background
