Job Title: Associate Global Sourcing Manager

Location: San Diego, CA – Hybrid

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote

Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension

Pay Rate: $37–$42/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Associate Global Sourcing Manager to support sourcing and vendor management for private-label products. The role will primarily focus on the litter and accessories category, with category assignments subject to change.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and vendors.

Support sourcing, product development, production, and product launches.

Analyze product costs, bids, pricing, and supplier data to support cost and margin objectives.

Negotiate with suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, buying, merchandising, or product development.

Experience with vendor/supplier management preferred.
