Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, data, and research to build impactful products.
• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for platforms serving B2C and B2B segments.
• Launch and scale machine learning (ML) and data-driven tools to improve underwriting, risk, and customer experience.
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to ensure strong product-market fit.
• Design and present compelling product demos, webinars, and internal documentation to engage stakeholders.
• Build and refine customer journey maps and lifecycle frameworks for targeted personalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product features with evolving customer needs and behaviors.
• Analyze KPIs and customer engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and retention.

Who You Are

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product or Program Management.
• Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance (mandatory); Commercial Insurance (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in building products in FinTech, InsurTech, or Communications.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in working with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
