Staff Product Manager-Membership Personalization

Staff Product Manager-Membership Personalization is responsible for execution of our personalization roadmap to drive key metrics around member acquisition, trail to paid conversion and benefit engagement. This role will be responsible for collaborating cross functionally with W+ Product and Business team and develop machine learning models and targeting capabilities which use deep customer understanding to help the customers understand and engage more with benefits which are relevant to them and showcase value of membership through multiple mechanisms including badging and nudging.
