The US base salary range for this full-time position is $239,200 - $278,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google Mountain View, CA office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.

Responsibilities

Drive development of a compelling product vision and strategy by identifying user needs, analyzing market opportunities, and securing stakeholder buy-in. Own and define the product roadmap to align strategic goals with project milestones, ensuring it adapts to new inputs and GTM initiatives. Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements by creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and collaborating with engineering and UX to deliver solutions. Manage the complete product lifecycle by leading launches, ongoing maintenance, and feature deprecation in partnership with cross-functional teams. Define and track key quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure product performance, validate market size, and inform data-driven decisions. Lead junior product managers, coaching all aspects of employee experience including technical product delivery and management of performance.
