Job Description

Lead the strategy, profitability, market growth, and lifecycle management of the Graphite Electrodes and Graphite Shapes product lines.

Partner with sales teams and customers to identify technical solutions, support product trials, and improve field performance.

Develop pricing strategies, monitor product margins and costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Manage key supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, product quality, supply continuity, and new-vendor qualification.

Requires 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, iron and steel, or refractory applications, with strong knowledge of EAF and LMF operations.

100% remote position reporting to the Vice President of Technology, with approximately 10-15% international travel.
