As a Product Manager II within PNC's Debit Card Product Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, Wilmington, Delaware, Cleveland, OH, or New York, NY. This is an in-office position.

C3 Engagement Strategy and Communications:

The engagement strategy and communications team is tasked with developing customer-centric engagement and communication strategies that help customers onboard, engage with, and deepen relationships across Retail Lending products and services. This role supports the planning, organization, strategy and governance of customer engagement initiatives by maintaining communication standards, documentation, processes, and marketing assets. The individual will work across functions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in customer communications.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain centralized repository for customer communications, creative assets, and templates across Retail Lending
• Ensure materials are organized, up-to-date, and aligned with established standards, requirements and playbooks
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, procedures, playbooks, operating guidelines, and best practices
• Support governance activities related to customer engagement and communication programs
• Identify process improvements and operational opportunities that enhance team effectiveness and customer experience
• Oversee customer research and competitive intelligence efforts to maintain a clear understanding of customer needs, behaviors, pain points, and competitive market dynamics.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 $125,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
