Product Manager

Own one or more workplace technology products and be accountable for product strategy, roadmap, business outcomes, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Gather requirements from CRES, ISS, Functions Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into product features and acceptance criteria.
• Define KPIs and measure product success.
• Lead vendor roadmap discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive adoption, change management, and communications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Cyber, and Operations teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer for workplace technology products.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Product Management.
• Experience managing SaaS or enterprise workplace technology products.
• Strong stakeholder management across technology and business functions.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Ability to manage vendors and third-party platforms.
