Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Production Associate role in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assembling products using hand tools and fixtures, following work instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, performing basic fabrication tasks such as bending and punching materials, inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met, packaging and preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Requirements include the ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks, basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, strong attention to detail, ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
