Production Associate

About the Role: Production Associates are the heartbeat of our Louisville manufacturing facility. Working directly on the plant floor, you will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment, heat/sublimation presses, metal cutting lines, and manual packaging stations to produce high-quality metal poster art.Key Responsibilities:Operate metal cutting, corner-rounding, printing, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently according to production targets.Inspect printed metal plates for color accuracy, scratches, alignment, and surface defects before final packaging.Assemble packaging components, including protective sleeves, mounting magnets, certificates of authenticity, and shipping boxes.Maintain clean, organized workstations using 5S principles and replenish raw materials (unprinted metal sheets, boxes, tape, protective film) as needed.Follow all plant safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance checklists.Essential Job Functions & Duty Disclosure: Physical Demands: Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift. Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Work Environment: Active manufacturing environment with exposure to print machinery, ambient heat from sublimation presses, conveyor systems, and moderate noise.
