Job Description

Job Summary:

A Production Worker / Material Handler supports daily operations by assisting with moving materials, organizing work areas, and helping team members complete tasks. This role focuses on manual labor, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Shift:

Monday Friday, 8AM 4:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with moving and handling materials such as wood and other supplies
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the work area
• Support team members with general labor tasks as needed
• Stack, organize, and store materials properly
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with basic tasks to support production and project completion
• Report any safety concerns or issues to supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
• Strong attention to safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Previous labor or warehouse experience is a plus

Working Conditions:

Physically active role with frequent lifting and carrying

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 2550 lbs or more regularly

Ability to bend, reach, and carry materials

Good stamina and physical endurance
