Production Operator - Albia

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment. Reliability is a must. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Operate machinery used in the production process and help lead crew


• A combination of working independently and with a group to meet production goals. 


• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.


• Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators of any issues.


• Help maintenance workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.


• Clean and lubricate equipment.


• Keep work area clean and support other housekeeping functions. 


• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma preferred, related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Salary/Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
