Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica-based ETL and data integration solutions
- Monitor Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings to ensure successful data loads and timely processing
- Analyze and resolve job failures, data issues, performance degradations, and SLA breaches
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes related to data pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document fixes and preventive actions
- Coordinate with business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to understand data issues and operational requirements
- Assist with deployments, configuration changes, and environment promotion (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
- Validate data loads through reconciliation, data quality checks, and log analysis
- Support post-deployment verification and ongoing application maintenance
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support checklists
- Provide on-call or after-hours support as required for critical data processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / ETL workflows
- Strong understanding of:
- ETL job execution and monitoring
- Workflow/session logs and error troubleshooting
- Source-to-target data validation
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and issue investigation
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and scheduling tools
- Understanding of data warehouses, batch processing, and file-based integrations
